At Vars Creamery, every product is crafted with care, and your satisfaction is our priority. While we hope you adore our formulations, we understand that rare issues may arise — and when they do, we’re here to help.
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
If any of the above applies, please raise a ReturnWithRefund or ReturnWithReplacement request within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery by emailing us at care@varscreamery.com, along with your order details and supporting media (photos/video).
No claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 3 days from the time of delivery.
What is ReturnWithRefund?
If you request a ReturnWithRefund, we’ll begin by reviewing your complaint within 48 hours of receiving your email. Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup from your address. After we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
What is ReturnWithReplacement?
If you request a ReturnWithReplacement, our team will review the issue and, upon approval, you’ll be given the option to receive the same product again or select another product from the same collection of equal value.

This is the only type of exchange we offer. For safety, quality, and hygiene reasons, we do not restock or resell returned products. Therefore, all sales are final except in the clearly stated cases above.
To prevent misuse, please note that our team reserves full rights to assess the authenticity of the media provided. If we suspect that a claim is fabricated or misleading in any way, we hold the right to deny the request entirely. Fraudulent or dishonest submissions will not be processed.
