Shipping policy

At Vars Creamery, we take great care in getting your order to you promptly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review our shipping, cancellation, and delivery terms below:

Shipping

We typically dispatch orders within 2 - 3 business days of receiving them, unless otherwise mentioned. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard shipping usually takes 6 - 8 business days after dispatch. While we work hard to process and ship your order quickly, we appreciate your patience as each package is prepared with care.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at care@varscreamery.com with your order number.
Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Delivery Delays

We rely on trusted courier partners via a shipping aggregator for all deliveries. Please note that Vars Creamery is not a courier service, and therefore we cannot be held liable for any delays caused in transit.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, reach out to us at care@varscreamery.com with your order and tracking details. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Loss of Shipment

If your tracking link shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please email us immediately.
Our shipping aggregator allows us 72 hours from the marked delivery time to raise a claim. Beyond that, the case is closed and cannot be reopened.

If you contact us after 72 hours from the claimed delivery, we will unfortunately be unable to refund or replace the order, as verification is no longer possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the correct steps to follow, including sending an unedited video of unpacking the product.
