Cancellation policy

1. General Terms

By purchasing from VARS Creamery, you agree to the policies stated below. These terms apply to purchases made through our website, social platforms, direct sales channels, retail partners, and custom orders.

An order is considered confirmed only when payment has been successfully received and an official confirmation has been issued by VARS Creamery. Inquiry messages, cart checkouts, or form submissions without payment are not considered confirmed orders.


2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Products:

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.

Requests made between 24–48 hours after order placement are eligible for a 70% refund.

Requests made after 48 hours are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

Customized, Personalized or Made-to-Order Products:

Cancellations requested within 12 hours of placing the order are eligible for an 80% refund.

Cancellations requested after 12 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or formulation has begun.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

 

Pre-Orders, Limited Drops & Subscriptions

Pre-order cancellations requested within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a 75% refund.

Once production begins, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Subscription cancellations requested within 3 days of activation are eligible for a 50% refund on the unused subscription period.

 

Bulk, Corporate & Gifting Orders

Bulk or corporate orders can be cancelled within 5 days of order placement with a 60% refund.

Cancellations requested after 5 days are not eligible for refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once customization, packaging or production has begun.

 

3. Order Modifications

Instead of cancellation, customers may request order edits including address changes, fragrance or variant adjustments, or spelling corrections in personalization. These requests are subject to approval.

Modification requests must be made within 24 hours for standard orders and within 6 hours for customized orders. No changes are possible once production or shipping has begun.

 

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on bank or payment provider timelines.

Shipping fees, packaging charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

If refunds cannot be returned to the original payment source, store credit may be provided.


5. Replacement & Damage Claims

Although cancellations may not be possible in certain cases, replacements may be issued if the product:

  • Arrived damaged or tampered with
  • Is different from what was ordered
  • Was sent incorrectly by VARS Creamery

To be eligible, customers must submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery with

  • A clear unboxing video
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Order confirmation or invoice details

Replacements are not applicable for:

  • Minor natural variations in scent, color, or texture
  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Skin sensitivity or allergic reactions (customers are advised to check ingredient lists prior to purchase)

 

6. Shipping & Delays

VARS Creamery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

If VARS Creamery fails to dispatch an order within 14 business days (excluding pre-order timelines), customers may choose between a full refund or store credit with a 10% bonus value.

 

7. Disputes & Chargeback
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in order cancellation, denial of future purchases, or submission of supporting evidence to the payment provider.

 

8. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, customers confirm that:

  • All provided details are accurate
  • They have reviewed product descriptions and ingredient lists
  • They understand that handcrafted products may have slight natural variations
